Terms

Terms of use

The agreement between you and Keystone Dev Studio Ltd, the company that makes Bluejay. Short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to it.

Draft — to be reviewed before launch

What Bluejay is

Bluejay saves links you give it, sorts them, checks whether they still work and, on the paid plan, looks for a replacement when one stops working. It is provided by Keystone Dev Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”).

Your account

You need an email address to use Bluejay, and you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be 18 or over. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

What you save is yours

You keep every right you have in the links, notes and tags you add. You give us permission to store and process them only so that Bluejay can do its job for you. That includes, if you agree to it in the app, having other companies read the pages you save in order to sort them — our Privacy policy names each one and says what it receives.

What Bluejay gets wrong

Sorting, summaries, tags and suggested replacements are produced automatically, partly by AI, and they will sometimes be wrong. A link may be marked dead when it is not, or the reverse. Treat them as help, not as fact, and do not rely on Bluejay as the only copy of anything that matters to you — you can export your links at any time.

Using it fairly

You agree not to:

We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

The free plan and Bluejay Pro

The free plan holds up to 100 links. Bluejay Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you buy it. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends. If your subscription ends you keep everything you have saved — you simply cannot add more beyond the free limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Bluejay running and your links safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you beforehand. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to do what these terms say, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — Bluejay is for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
